Please join us for our Illinois IASIU Chapter meeting following the NICB Dialogue meeting. Below is a brief agenda of what we will discuss.
Topic – AI and SIU: The Role and Current Limitations of AI Tools in the Fight Against Fraud
Description – How are both sides in the battle over insurance fraud – the fraud perpetrators and special investigations units – using AI tools? What are some trending examples of AI-generated fraud? How do special investigations units co-exist with this new technology and enlist it in the fight against fraud? This presentation will offer attendees insights into the current role AI plays in insurance fraud, and how the modern SIU can use it to fight back while being mindful of the traditional constraints that govern investigations.
