I hope everyone is doing well during the unprecedented times of the COVID 19 Pandemic. I know this has been a trying time for many, with balancing work, family and health.
As you are aware, we had cancelled the March 20th Meeting due to concerns related to the virus. As we continue to put your safety first and comply with the current orders in place, we have postponed the upcoming May Seminar that was scheduled for Thursday May 14th. The new date for the seminar is Thursday October 15th, 2020 at the Empress Banquets in Addison, IL. More information to come.
We understand, that the need to continue with education is important to all of our members. We are currently working with our International partners to provide a platform for virtual learning.
We will be having our first virtual training on:
Thursday June 4th, 2020
Time: 9.00am to 11.00am
Invites will be sent prior to the meeting
Speaker– Jennifer Humphrey- General Special Investigator for Farmers Insurance.
Topic– Aspects of claim loans and the layers between the loan company, attorney and provider.
This is YOUR Chapter and you have an amazing and committed Board serving you. I know that you all will continue to support the Chapter as we move ahead in the coming years and continue to grow and serve our members. Thanks to all of you for all that you have done and will continue to do. The Board asks that if you would like to recommend a training topic/speaker, please make your thoughts known to Chris Block, who is our Training Chair for the Chapter. As a reminder, please mark your calendars for the meeting dates shown on the website so you are sure not to miss a meeting. Thanks to ALL who make this Chapter the success that it has been and for your support as we go forward. It is YOUR involvement that makes this Chapter what it is.
