FALL 2020
I hope everyone had a healthy and fun summer despite the pandemic. This remains to be a trying time for many, with balancing work, family and health.
Our first virtual training in June of 2020 was a success. A special thank you to Jennifer Humphrey of Farmers Insurance. The aspects of claim loans and the layers between the loan company, attorney and provider proved to be a very interesting topic.
As you are aware, we postponed our May seminar and moved it to October 15, 2020, hoping the virus would subside. As a Board we continuously evaluate the current conditions. Our top priority is the safety of our members. We also need to maintain compliance with the current orders in place along with employer requirements for gatherings. With that said, the Board has decided to hold the annual seminar virtually. The seminar will be broken down into 4 training dates. Best of all, the seminar is FREE to all of our members.

Thursday October 29, 2020 (9.00am to 11am CST)
Thursday November 12, 2020 (9.00am to 11am CST)
Thursday December 10, 2020 (9.00am to 11am CST)
Topics are being finalized and formal invites will go out to all members once that has been completed.
This is YOUR Chapter and you have an amazing and committed Board serving you. I know that you all will continue to support the Chapter as we move ahead in the coming years and continue to grow and serve our members. Thanks to all of you for all that you have done and will continue to do. The Board asks that if you would like to recommend a training topic/speaker, please make your thoughts known to Chris Block, who is our Training Chair for the Chapter. As a reminder, please mark your calendars for the meeting dates shown on the website so you are sure not to miss a meeting. Thanks to ALL who make this Chapter the success that it has been and for your support as we go forward. It is YOUR involvement that makes this Chapter what it is.
