November 2023

Dear Membership,

We had an amazing turn out for our May Seminar. It was great to see many of you in person.

Please join us November 17, 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. CST for the following training:

  • Fire and Explosion Investigations and Digital Forensics presented by John Knapp of Fire Tech Inc.
  • Identifying Fraud Using Unique Vehicle History Data presented by Steven Jones of Carfax.

After the meeting we will have a short business meeting which will include our annual election.

Please register by going to the Next Meeting page:

Your IL IASIU Board currently has three openings for the position of Director.

The position of director is a volunteer position. We are seeking members who are committed to the long-term interests of the IL Chapter of IASIU. Generally, the board meets virtually every other month (more/less if necessary) to oversee and direct IL-IASIU operations, up-coming training sessions, approve business decisions, etc.

If you are interested in becoming a Director, please reach out to any current board member.

Reminder– December is renewal month for IASIU (local and international chapters).

This is YOUR Chapter and you have an amazing and committed Board serving you. I know that you all will continue to support the Chapter as we move ahead in the coming years and continue to grow and serve our members.

Thanks to all of you for all that you have done and will continue to do. The Board asks that if you would like to recommend a training topic/speaker, please make your thoughts known to any sitting board member.

Have a great day!

As always,

Heather Horvath | IL-IASIU President
