May 2019
It’s that time of the year again when we get together for our annual seminar. We had a great turnout for the March speaker, Doctor Lawrence Humberstone, D.C., DABCC who talked about “Fighting Against Provider Fraud”. This was a hot topic and many questions were asked after the presentation. As always, we hope that you were able to bring back much good information from this presentation and tell those who were not able to attend what new information is being passed on regarding our daily battle against insurance fraud.
On Wednesday May 15, 2019, our seminar kicks off with a great line up of speakers. Our first presentation will focus on the use of how Police Body Camera Footage and License Plate Readers Can Fight Fraud, we will have Chris Allen, CIFI, AIC, INS and Detective Dave Rivera NYPD, (Ret.) who will present on these topics. This will be followed by Session 2, a presentation on Vendor Management, this topic will be presented by Katie Gall who is Special Investigations Unit Director of Operations, Training & Compliance, handling all lines of business with CNA, also presenting with Katie, will be Pat Burke the Chief Strategy Officer for The Robison Group.
